Yellow-billed Butt Rider!

Description

I visited Masai Mara recently hoping to see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River. Despite sitting at the rivers edge for two continuous days we were not fortunate enough to see the actual crossing.

During the annual migration the Wildebeest and Zebra move in circles looking for fresh pasture for themselves. Once they have cropped the grass short over a period of 4 months they then move back into the Serengeti for the rest of the year.

We came across this herd of Zebra's busy feeding and the Oxpeckers were busy feeding off the Zebra's.
